For the first 30 days of your purchase you may return the merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges (See restrictions below). No RMA number is required to return an item, simply include a copy of your receipt and write on the front why you are returning the item and what you want us to do with it. i.e. Exchange, Replace or Refund.
All returns must meet our guidelines below.
Returned or exchanged products must be in pristine resellable condition and have all original manufacturers packaging, materials and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards.
Merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. The original manufacturer's labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging.
Securely package the product and include the filled out Return Merchandise Form and a copy of the original invoice.
Ship the parcel back to us freight prepaid. We do not accept COD or freight collect shipments. We recommend a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.

TV Return Policy:
TV's Up To 47". All TV's up to 47" that are sealed in the original manufacturer box (never opened) may be returned within 30 days for a refund. You will receive the purchase price less shipping charges (Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit.) You must insure the product when you ship it back to cover possible damages that may occur during transit. Any free offers that you received along with this Purchase must be returned. A fee will be charged for any items that were not returned.
TV's over 47" cannot be returned. In the unlikely event a TV is defective the warranty is to be handled thru the manufacturer. When your TV is delivered please inspect the TV for any obvious damage. A broken or damaged outer box is a first sign that your TV may have been damaged in transit. Open the box immediately and inspect your TV. If the TV is damaged, have the driver note it on the delivery document and contact us immediately to report the damage and file a claim.
Items from the following categories may not be returned:
Printers cannot be returned once toner, ink, or ribbon cartridges have been installed.
Notebooks, Netbooks, Tablets, iPads and Computers cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or unwrapped.
Underwater photography equipment cannot be returned once it has been used in water.
Cell phones and smart phones will only be accepted for credit or exchange if they register less than 10 minutes cumulative talk time and show no sign of use. Defective phones will be exchanged for the same model only.

Very pleased with my new LG9600 TV. After months of research, I decided on this TV based on features, consumer reports ratings, and the ebay price. Easy to set up, high quality color/image, and appreciated the free wall mount.
