1. Description: The Energy Savingss Country dataset contains a list of countries with the total amount of energy savings of primary energy in 2010 (http://data.worldbank.org/indicator/10.1_ENERGY.SAVINGS), which was downloaded from WorldBank (http://www.worldbank.org/). We use the dataset both for regression as well as for classification, discretizing the target variable into ``high'' and ``low'', using equal frequency binning.
