Striclty for the testing and resolution of Outlook XP's so-called Intelligent Encoding/TNEF issues. The idea is simple. Because Outlook 2002 uses 'Intelligent Encoding' a large number of waste posts are created in the normal freelists lists from people trying to repeatedly solve the annoyance of extra = and other encoding in their otherwise plain text messages. This group would have the sole purpose of giving those people a place to submit their messages and recieve their processed messages in an attempt to get control of Outlook's Quoted Printable settings. For further explanation of the problem and possible cures, take a look at MSKB article 278134. |
