Strange - I take 3 around 20 minutes before working out, no indigestion & definitely feel a better pump than when not taking them- on an arm workout you can see the difference in the mirror!
This is a terrible product. I took 4 around 20 minutes before each workout and all it gave me was bad indigestion, no positives at all.
I only use maximuscle products when i comes to buying suppliments, due to their popularity and safety in the sporting world but frankly all this product did was give me indigestion

This product is fine for your age as long as you aren't sensitive to caffeine. I would ensure that you have enough calories and protein in your diet before you think about any other supplements. If you gain weight easily, get a whey protein supplement and if you are a hard-gainer, go for a weight gainer product.
can you take this product with creatine and is it worth doing that
These would stack very well together because lipoic acid and nitric oxide boosters like argining improve creatine retention in muscle. It is also important to get enough carbs or carbs and protein when you take your creatine. Creatine is best taken daily, starting with a loading phase of 4 servings per day for the first 5 days.
