Hook are hooks right? Wrong! There is a big difference in the way hooks are made and how they hold up. Daiichi hooks are made of 80-carbon steel. This means their hooks stay sharper longer and you get a deeper hook-set. Click here for more information on how Daiichi hooks are made and why they are red.
I have been using the Bleeding Hooks since they first hit the market and I have never lost a fish because of these hooks. I can't say that about a lot of the other hooks on the market. These are not just a red hook! It is Daiichi's unique Bleeding Color of these hooks and its ability to draw a strike is the main reason you may have read in my reports that I rig top water plugs with them, If you have never tried this you have to put me to the test. Rig a plug with just one Bleeding Treble Hooks. Watch where you catch most of the fish. For "catch and release" fishing put the hook on the back! You will do a lot less harm to the fish When it comes to soft plastics you have to try the Bleeding Copperhead hooks. If you have ever had a problem with you worm sliding up your line while fighting a fish, hook sliding around in a shad, this is the answer to all your prayers. If you don't want to use the Cooper Head Hook and want to rig your soft plastics Texas Style try the Daiichi Bleeding worm hook. Things just wouldn't be complete without mentioning the Stoopid Rig. For more information on how to rig it click here
