We realize that it is difficult to purchase a wedding dress over the Internet, and we really want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact us with any questions you may have prior to bidding. We will gladly exchange your gown for any of our stocking styles, subject to availability and stock on hand. We must be contacted within 5 days of delivery for you to be eligible for an exchange. At our discretion, we will accept returns on wedding gowns in perfect, brand new condition (no smoke scents, no makeup stains, no alterations). A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. |
