TabGroups Manager is an extension that integrates with Firefox's Panorama feature, giving you one-click access to tabs so you don't need to zoom out and view all your tabs at once whenever you want to access a webpage. Unfortunately, the icons used look a little bit dated, and the tabs don't match Firefox's style.
This style was primarily created to address a problem in TabGroups Manager, to better integrate the Firefox style into it. It also better integrates it with Personas. Usually, when you use a persona, the TGM tabs remain white, opaque and ugly. Using this style fixes this problem, by theming to match the look and feel of the normal Firefox tabs.

More Info
Depends on TabGroups Manager extension
Optionally, integrates with Personas Plus
Changing text color: Look at block 2.1, where options are clearly laid out. For those new to CSS, hexadecimal colors go in the order of Red, Green and Blue (#RRGGBB). For example, #FFFFFF is white (As FF = 255)
To match text color in the TGM tabs with the Persona settings, go to about:config (and laugh at the silly message presented before you continue), type in the Filter field extensions.personas.current and use the hex value (or change it, even) to get that perfect look.
Rest of the info is in the CSS.
