THE PRADA PARADOX

While this novel is an enjoyable final installment in Kenner's trilogy of fashionably named thrillers, faithful readers may be disappointed that the clues are not as challenging as in the previous two books. The glamorous Hollywood setting makes for some fun references and interesting clues. But while Devi is a brave heroine, she is somehow not as sympathetic or intriguing as the women who've played the game before her. Prada-loving movie star Devi Taylor has just landed the role of her life, playing the real-life victim of an online game that turned deadly more than once.
