For years, I've done the Body for Life program. I think it's a great program, but I realized I was totally bored with it and no longer looked forward to the workouts. I still like the nutritional side of it and will continue to use that portion. I decided to try something different.
I picked up a copy of Jillian Michaels book "Winning by losing". I just started the workouts on Monday. The workouts sprinkle weight training, calisthenics and cardio in one. I actually did jumping jacks and I jumped rope too! The 
workout was down right hard! I love watching the biggest loser every Tuesday. I see them working out and looking like they are dying, which I figure is because all they do there is workout. Well I found out why they look like they're dying...
By the time I finished my workout yesterday, which took 42 minutes, I could barely walk! I LOVED IT! I loved doing the jumping jacks, even though I realized my sports bra was having a difficult time keeping things in, the jump rope kept hitting me in the head and I couldn't even jump up enough to clear the rope. Thank goodness I workout at home or I would have been the comic relief for many.
Wow! I can't wait to do it again tomorrow!

Located in Clay County on 16 west just before you to the Shands bridge in Green Cove Springs. I've driven by there hundreds of times but never paid attention to it! My neighbor actually told me about it and so we went there to check it out. What great exercise it was!

change my template and I picked one that wasn't just for the paid sites. It never changed! Then they couldn't confirm my real estate license electronically, so I had to fax a copy to them. Did that, still not confirmed! So my undiagnosed ADD kicked in and I stopped messing with it.
